The invention discloses a highway medial strip anti-glare panel which comprises a photovoltaic anti-glare panel body, a height adjusting hydraulic rod, an angle adjusting hydraulic rod, a steering mechanism, a base and a rolling brush.The orientation and the inclination angle of the photovoltaic anti-glare panel body can be adjusted at the same time through the angle adjusting hydraulic rod and the steering mechanism so that daytime illumination can be utilized to the maximum extent, and the anti-glare effect can be achieved. The absorption efficiency of the photovoltaic anti-glare panel is improved; the base is provided with a plurality of springs which are distributed in an array manner, so that a supporting effect can be achieved, a good buffering effect can be achieved in severe weather such as strong wind, the whole structure and the photovoltaic panel can be well protected, and equipment damage is effectively avoided; the height can be adjusted through the height adjusting hydraulic rod; the photovoltaic anti-glare panel is further provided with the rolling brush, the surface of the photovoltaic anti-glare panel can be cleaned regularly, dust or other stains are prevented from being accumulated on the surface of the photovoltaic anti-glare panel, and meanwhile the rolling brush can be detached to be independently cleaned.
