Self-cleaning pump station set
A sleeved self-cleaning pump station is composed of a pump station body, a pump pipe, a liquid level floating object inward rolling air lifting separator and a liquid level automatic control cabinet. The device is characterized in that a pump station body bottom barrel and a cover barrel with a preformed hole are opposite bodies, and the barrel bodies are sleeved for transportation and opposite application; the pump pipe is formed by sleeving a pump and a pipe, the pump is provided with a sling, a rubber ring is arranged at the bottom of the pump, a cover is arranged at the top of the pipe, an outlet pipe is arranged on the side of the pipe, a seat is arranged at the bottom of the pipe, and a bracket and a seat-penetrating outer arc pipe are distributed on the seat; the pump assembly is characterized in that a pump is hung into a pipe seat, a pump line penetrates through the pipe, and a top cover is closed; pump station equipment is installed, specifically, a pump pipe is placed in a top cover of a bottom barrel pipe and an outlet pipe is externally arranged on a reserved hole of a cover barrel of the pump station equipment; a suction opening of an air rolling pipe in the liquid level floating object lifting separator is placed on the liquid level in the well, a liquid level converter of an automatic control cabinet is placed on the high-low liquid level in the well, and the automatic control cabinet controls the machine and a pump; at a high liquid level, the pump is started after the machine removes floating objects on the liquid level, an outer arc pipe of a pump pipe flushes accumulated silt in a bottom barrel, water flow in the pump pipe flushes a pump meter, and the pump station is self-cleaning and maintenance-free.
