Compared with the prior art, the reinforcing steel bars are fixed in the structure to form a transverse and longitudinal staggered layout, a solid foundation is provided for subsequent steps, and then the stability of the whole structure is ensured by installing the four anti-falling hooks on the reinforcing steel bars at the four corners and fixing the installation base on the reinforcing steel bars in the middle.
