Connecting outer rods are slidably connected to the outer portions of the symmetrical connecting inner rods, a connecting rod is fixedly connected between the symmetrical connecting outer rods, and a linkage piece is arranged between the anti-inclination protection plate and the anti-sedimentation block. Inclination of the building stand column can be prevented through the anti-inclination protection plates which are clamped and fixed outside the building stand column in an axial symmetry mode, and settlement of the building stand column can be prevented through the anti-settlement blocks which are in axial symmetry and stable contact with the bottoms of the anti-settlement plates. And the anti-inclination effect of the axisymmetric anti-inclination protection plate and the anti-sedimentation effect of the axisymmetric anti-sedimentation block can be mutually restricted, so that the phenomena of inclination and sedimentation of the building upright post can be effectively avoided.
