The invention relates to the technical field of coal gangue activation, in particular to a coal gangue activating and calcining method which comprises the following steps: pretreating coal gangue, adding a sodium hydroxide solution and an auxiliary agent into the pretreated coal gangue, and mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture; calcining the mixture to obtain coal gangue clinker; according to the method, the dispersity of the coal gangue is improved through treatment of the auxiliary and sodium hydroxide, agglomeration among particles is avoided, sodium hydroxide reacts with SiO2 in the coal gangue to generate sodium silicate, the chemical activation process is initiated, and then through calcination and acid leaching, the coal gangue can be effectively activated. Active sites of the coal gangue are increased, the surface property of the coal gangue is changed, an aluminate hydration product with a gelling effect is generated in the calcining process, and the activation effect of the coal gangue is improved.
本发明涉及煤矸石活化技术领域，具体涉及一种煤矸石活化煅烧方法，本发明对煤矸石进行预处理，向预处理后的煤矸石中加入氢氧化钠溶液和助剂，混合搅拌，得到混合物；对所述混合物进行煅烧，得到煤矸石熟料；将所述煤矸石熟料浸入硫酸中，反应，得到活化后的煤矸石，本发明通过助剂和氢氧化钠处理提高煤矸石的分散性，避免颗粒间发生团聚，且氢氧化钠与煤矸石中的SiO2反应生成硅酸钠，引发化学活化过程，之后通过煅烧和酸浸，增加煤矸石的活性位点，改变煤矸石表面性质，且煅烧过程中生成具有胶凝作用的铝酸盐水化产物，提高煤矸石的活化效果。
