The invention relates to an anti-ring-formation calcining system for coal gangue ceramsite. The anti-ring-formation calcining system comprises a rotary kiln and a powder adding structure, wherein thepowder adding structure is used for adding high-temperature-resistant powder into the rotary kiln to prevent the coal gangue ceramsite in the rotary kiln from being bonded when the rotary kiln works.When the rotary kiln works, the high-temperature-resistant powder is added into the rotary kiln, and wraps the ceramsite, and therefore, the ceramsite can be prevented from being bonded due to mutualcontact; ring formation and caking can be effectively avoided; a coal gangue ceramsite production line can realize continuous production; stagnation due to ring formation or caking is avoided; production difficulty of workers is reduced; generation of raw ceramsite waste is reduced; the utilization rate of raw materials is improved; the production efficiency of the coal gangue ceramsite is improved; and productivity effectiveness can be enhanced.
