The preparation method of the hydrophobic antibacterial material comprises the following steps: enabling 2, 3-dihydroxy terephthalic dihydrazide to react with 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde to obtain an intermediate product, and then enabling the intermediate product to react with terephthaloyl chloride and 1, 2-epoxyoctane in sequence to obtain a multifunctional agent; carrying out load modification on the multifunctional agent to obtain a modified multifunctional agent; performing surface treatment on the modified multifunctional agent to obtain an aminated modified multifunctional agent; the amination modified multifunctional agent is treated with functionalized polydimethylsiloxane, and a composite multifunctional agent is obtained; the composite multifunctional agent and the modified composite nano material are combined to obtain a hydrophobic antibacterial material, and the hydrophobic antibacterial material is added into concrete to obtain the environment-friendly hydrophobic antibacterial concrete. The environment-friendly hydrophobic antibacterial concrete disclosed by the invention has good antibacterial performance, hydrophobic anti-seepage performance and self-repairing performance.
