The invention discloses a simple and environment-friendly integral super-hydrophobic concrete preparation method and a product, relates to the technical field of super-hydrophobic concrete, and aims to solve the problems that the super-hydrophobic concrete is complex in preparation process or contains fluorine and does not have excellent super-hydrophobicity inside. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully and uniformly mixing 100 parts by weight of cement and 80-150 parts by weight of sand, and adding 40-45 parts by weight of water; in the mixing process, 6-8 parts by weight of super-hydrophobic modified silicon dioxide solid powder is uniformly added at the same time, so that the prepared concrete generates more compact needle-shaped products with different sizes so as to have the layering roughness required by the super-hydrophobic surface, and concrete slurry is obtained by fully and uniformly stirring; the obtained concrete slurry is poured, hardened and formed to obtain the super-hydrophobic concrete structure; the steps are simple and easy to operate and control, the materials are green and environmentally friendly, the cost is low, and the prepared concrete has super-hydrophobicity after being rubbed or broken and is excellent in anti-icing performance and corrosion resistance.
