The invention discloses high-ductility geopolymer recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. The high-ductility geopolymer recycled concrete prepared by the method comprises the following raw materials: slag powder, fly ash, recycled sand, PVA fibers, an alkali activator, a water reducing agent and water, the raw materials are uniformly mixed and poured into a mold for molding, and then high-temperature curing and constant-temperature and constant-humidity curing are performed to obtain the high-ductility geopolymer recycled concrete. The geopolymer concrete is subjected to fiber toughening treatment and is matched with reclaimed sand to form a buffer layer, so that friction and impact between a sand material and a cementing material are relieved, the brittleness of the geopolymer concrete is improved, and then the high-ductility geopolymer recycled concrete which is low in carbon, economical, excellent in mechanical property and has the strain hardening characteristic is prepared. The cyclic utilization of the industrial solid waste and the waste concrete is realized.
