Copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of concrete preparation. The concrete is prepared from copper tailings, an alkali activator, gypsum, quicklime, cement, a rosin thermal polymer air entraining agent, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a nano material and a seed crystal. The copper tailings are used as a siliceous raw material, the solid waste utilization rate is greatly increased, the rosin thermopolymer air entraining agent and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer are combined, the gas forming rate and the thickening rate of slurry are optimized, the uniformity of a pore structure is improved, meanwhile, the nano material and the seed crystal are added, the silicon-calcium hydrothermal synthesis reaction of the test block is further promoted, and the comprehensive performance of the test block is improved. The strength of the pore wall is enhanced, so that the pore structure is more stable, and the thermal insulation property and compressive strength of the copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete block are improved.
本发明提供一种铜尾矿蒸压加气混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土制备领域。所述混凝土为采用铜尾矿、碱激发剂、石膏、生石灰、水泥、松香热聚物引气剂、聚羧酸减水剂、纳米材料、晶种进行制备。本发明通过铜尾矿作为硅质原料,大大提高了固废利用率,采用松香热聚物引气剂与聚羧酸减水剂相结合的方式,优化了料浆的发气速率与稠化速率,提升了孔结构的均匀性,同时,加入纳米材料与晶种进一步促进试块硅钙水热合成反应,增强了孔壁强度,使气孔结构更加稳定,使得铜尾矿蒸压加气混凝土砌块的保温性能和抗压强度得到提高。
