Carbonization reinforced steel slag concrete and preparation method thereof
The steel slag carbonization reinforced concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 250 to 350 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 50 to 150 parts of fly ash, 50 to 100 parts of mineral powder, 30 to 50 parts of silica fume, 650 to 850 parts of modified steel slag, 950 to 1100 parts of stone, 5 to 10 parts of a composite water reducing agent and 140 to 170 parts of water, wherein the modified steel slag is obtained by adding steel slag into a culture solution containing iron oxidizing bacteria, carrying out shake culture under the condition of introducing CO2, and drying. The steel slag is modified by adopting a metabolic mechanism and a carbonization means of iron-oxidizing bacteria, and the composite water reducer is combined, so that the stability, the construction performance, the durability and the like of the steel slag concrete can be effectively considered while large-dosage resource utilization of the steel slag is realized, and the steel slag concrete has remarkable economic and environmental benefits and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种钢渣碳化强化混凝土,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:普通硅酸盐水泥250~350份,粉煤灰50~150份,矿粉50~100份,硅灰30~50份,改性钢渣650~850份,石950~1100份,复合减水剂5~10份,水140~170份;其中改性钢渣通过将钢渣加入含铁氧化菌的培养液中,并在通入CO2的条件下,进行振荡培养、烘干得到。本发明采用铁氧化菌的代谢机制和碳化手段对钢渣进行改性,并结合复合减水剂,在实现钢渣大掺量资源化利用的同时,可有效兼顾钢渣混凝土的稳定性能、施工性能和耐久性能等,具有显著的经济和环境效益,适合推广应用。
