CO2 carbonization treatment steel slag-based aerated block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a CO2 carbonization treatment steel slag-based aerated block which comprises the following components: a cementing material, an air entraining agent, a foam stabilizer and water, the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a cementing material mixture, preparing a suspension solution, preparing a slurry material, pouring and molding, demolding after curing, and carbonizing and curing. The preparation process adopts a method for producing the aerated block without a high-pressure steam curing process, and a building material product is prepared through a tail gas carbonization process, so that good social and economic benefits are achieved; the preparation material takes the steel slag as a main raw material, so that the maximum resource utilization of the industrial solid waste steel slag is realized, and the problem of secondary pollution to the environment caused by cultivated land occupied by steel slag accumulation is solved; the steel slag contains more free CaO and MgO, the free CaO and MgO can be effectively aged and digested through a carbonization process, and the problem of volume stability of the steel slag is avoided; the carbonized steel slag aerated block has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and porosity, and has the advantages of good heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation.
