Fabricated pavement structure suitable for alpine regions
The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement structure design, and particularly relates to an assembly type pavement structure suitable for an alpine region. The fabricated pavement structure comprises a pavement assembly unit and a wind shielding structure, wherein the pavement assembly unit comprises a concrete plate, a heat insulation plate, a carbon fiber heating film and a concrete plate from bottom to top in sequence; mortises are formed in the four corners and the middles of the two long edges of each pavement assembly unit, the mortises and tenons on one sides of the butterfly tenons are assembled to form mortise and tenon structures, and the adjacent pavement assembly units are fixedly connected through the mortise and tenon structures. The lower surface of the concrete slab on the upper layer sinks inwards to form a groove for accommodating the insulation board and the carbon fiber heating film; the wind shielding structure is the side wall of the assembly type pavement structure. The defects of the traditional cast-in-place pavement technology in the alpine region are overcome, and the durability, the ice melting efficiency and the driving safety of the pavement are remarkably improved.
本发明属于路面结构设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于高寒地区的装配式路面结构。该装配式路面结构包括路面组件单元和挡风结构,路面组件单元从下至上依次为混凝土板、保温板、碳纤维发热膜、混凝土板;路面组件单元的四个转角处和两条长边的中间处都为榫槽,榫槽与蝴蝶榫的一侧榫头装配形成榫卯结构,通过榫卯结构实现相邻路面组件单元之间的固接;处于上层的混凝土板的下表面內陷形成容纳保温板和碳纤维发热膜的凹槽;所述挡风结构为装配式路面结构的侧壁。本发明解决了高寒地区传统现浇路面技术的不足之处,显著提高了路面的耐久性、融冰效率和行车安全性。
