The invention provides a lifting type wave compensation trestle. The lifting type wave compensation trestle comprises a lifting assembly, a wave compensation assembly and a trestle assembly. The lifting assembly comprises a lifting driving part, a transmission gear, a fixed rack, a transmission rack and a lifting platform; the fixed rack and the transmission rack extend in the lifting direction of the lifting assembly, the fixed rack is fixedly installed on a deck of the ship and meshed with the first side of the transmission gear, the transmission rack is meshed with the second side, opposite to the first side, of the transmission gear, and the lifting driving part is connected with the transmission gear and drives the transmission gear to move along the fixed rack. The transmission rack is driven to move between a first position and a second position; the bottom of the lifting platform is connected to the end, away from the lifting driving part, of the transmission rack. The wave compensation assembly is installed on the top surface of the lifting platform. The problems that in the prior art, the efficiency of butt joint of a trestle, an offshore floating body and a fixed platform is low, and the safety risk is large are solved.
