The top surface of the bearing platform is provided with a platform surface outer edge, the two sides of the platform surface outer edge protrude out of the two sides of the bearing platform to form an outer edge structure, ballast water containing spaces are arranged between the two sides of the bearing platform and the platform surface outer edge, and the ballast water containing spaces are used for increasing the weight of the side in the process from inflow to outflow of water.
