The invention discloses a UHPC curve double-curved-surface component and a production process, and relates to the technical field of buildings and engineering. The high-performance UHPC matrix is combined with the optimized proportion and the reinforced fibers, the characteristics of high compactness and toughness are shown, and the durability and crack resistance of the component are remarkably improved. The intelligent self-repairing system utilizes a microcapsule technology to automatically repair cracks, the service life is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced. The decorative layer is attractive and multifunctional, and the environmental adaptability is enhanced.
