The construction method comprises the steps that a steel frame is installed on the outer side of a concrete stand column, and the steel frame forms a functional space used for laying an air pipe and a fire fighting pipe system on one side of the concrete stand column; a decoration panel is installed on the outer side of the steel frame and comprises a decoration surface layer, a metal back plate and a supporting framework, hanging pieces are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the supporting framework, and transversely-arranged screw rods are arranged on the outer side of the steel frame and correspond to the hanging pieces; and the decoration panels are hoisted to the preset installation height through hoisting equipment, the decoration panels are moved relative to the screws so that the decoration panels can reach the set installation positions, the decoration panels are moved so that the installation grooves of the hanging pieces can be buckled on the screws from the upper portion, and the decoration panels are sequentially installed along the concrete stand columns from bottom to top. On one hand, the ultrahigh integrated stand column is provided, and on the other hand, the problem that the positioning difficulty is large due to the fact that plates are heavy in weight during aloft work is solved through cooperation of the hanging pieces and the screw rods.
本发明涉及一种超高型集成式立柱施工方法及立柱,包括:在混凝土立柱外侧安装钢架,钢架在混凝土立柱一侧形成用以风管、消防管系布设的功能空间;在钢架外侧安装装饰面板,装饰面板包括装饰面层、金属背板、支撑骨架,在支撑骨架的两侧对称安装有挂件,钢架外侧对应挂件设置有横向设置的螺杆;通过起重设备将装饰面板吊起至预设的安装高度,相对螺杆移动装饰面板使得装饰面板至设定的安装位置,移动装饰面板使得挂件的安装槽从上方扣在螺杆上,沿混凝土立柱从下向上依次安装装饰面板。本发明一方面提供了一种超高型集成式立柱,另外一方面通过挂件和螺杆的配合降低了高空作业时板材重量较重导致的定位难度较大的问题。
