The invention discloses a hoist oil cylinder posture adjusting mechanism and a control method. The hoist oil cylinder posture adjusting mechanism comprises a fixed base, mounting frames are arranged on the two sides of the fixed base, a machine shell is rotationally connected between the two mounting frames through a shaft body, and an oil cylinder body is arranged in the machine shell; the device further comprises an adjusting mechanism. The adjusting mechanism comprises a bottom mounting end, a telescopic end, a top mounting end and an anti-toppling end; bottom mounting ends are arranged at the two ends of the fixed base, telescopic ends are hinged to the bottom mounting ends, top mounting ends are hinged to telescopic parts of the telescopic ends, and the machine shell is further connected with an anti-toppling end used for preventing the oil cylinder body from toppling. The oil cylinder body can be conveniently lifted out for maintenance, when the oil cylinder body is reassembled, the oil cylinder body can be adjusted from a vertical state to an inclination angle of 20 degrees, and through the anti-toppling end, the working efficiency of the device is greatly improved, the stability of the oil cylinder body during posture adjustment can be effectively improved, and the safety in the operation process is improved; and meanwhile, the oil cylinder body is protected.
