The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting devices, in particular to an auxiliary hoisting device for engineering construction, which comprises two side plates, the tops of the two side plates are fixedly connected with a top plate, the bottoms of the two side plates are rotatably connected with a bottom plate, and the front and back sides of the upper end surface of the top plate penetrate through and are movably connected with a door plate; clamping assemblies are arranged on the adjacent faces of the two side edge plates correspondingly, and articles in the hoisting device are clamped and fixed through the clamping assemblies to keep stable in the hoisting process. Fixing assemblies are arranged at the corners of the periphery of the upper end face of the top plate, and a fixing disc is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper end face of the top plate. The fixing assembly and the fixing disc are respectively connected with four groups of steel wire ropes for hoisting, so that the hoisting device is uniform in hoisting stress.
