The invention provides an airtight door and window structure which comprises a cover plate and a base, the cover plate covers one side of the base, and a door and window port is formed in the side, away from the cover plate, of the base; the closing assembly comprises a top frame assembly and a door and window frame body, and the top frame assembly and the door and window frame body are connected in a hinged mode; a guide groove and a supporting guide rail are arranged on the base, the top frame assembly slides on the supporting guide rail, the door and window frame body slides on the guide groove, and the door and window frame body is filled into a door and window port along the guide groove; and a limiting stopper is arranged on the locking assembly, a pushing beam is arranged at the front end of the top frame assembly, and the limiting stopper abuts against the door and window frame body under the extrusion effect of the pushing beam. Double locking is achieved through cooperation of the locking assembly and the guide groove, and the leakproofness between the door and window port and the door and window frame body is greatly improved; the locking set also triggers the locking function through power generated by the closing assembly, and the structure is simple and reliable.
