The frame anchoring member comprises a unit to be engaged that is to be engaged with the engaging unit of the building frame anchoring member, and a coupling means for coupling frame anchoring members to each other, and the frame anchoring member can move in the width direction of the frame of the door or window. The unit to be engaged of the frame anchoring member is engaged with the engaging unit of the building frame anchoring member by way of the frame anchoring members being coupled to each other with the building frame anchoring member therebetween.
