The invention discloses a novel composite beam with a transverse steel plate high-strength bolt connecting piece and a tooth-shaped perforated steel plate connecting piece. The novel composite beam comprises a steel beam, a bent tooth-shaped perforated steel plate, a concrete plate, a penetrating reinforcing steel bar, a distributing reinforcing steel bar, a high-strength bolt and a concrete tenon. The bent tooth-shaped perforated steel plates are cut on the T-shaped steel to penetrate through the steel bars, so that the perforated steel plate connecting pieces are formed to connect the concrete and the steel beams, meanwhile, the bent steel beams can resist pressure above, and vertical displacement can be limited more reasonably through the high-strength bolt connecting pieces. The structure is simple, a combined beam structure form of a novel connecting piece is provided, construction is convenient and fast, reliable and effective transmission of shearing force between steel and concrete is guaranteed while the mechanical advantages of the steel and the concrete are fully utilized, the perforated plate connecting piece has higher shear bearing capacity compared with a welding stud, and the connecting piece is suitable for being used for a large-scale production line. The high-strength bolt connecting piece has good mechanical performance to resist longitudinal shearing force and transverse lifting force, has good shearing resistance and can limit vertical displacement.
