The invention discloses a novel composite beam of a tooth-shaped perforated steel plate connecting piece with a transverse steel plate. The novel composite beam comprises a steel beam, the tooth-shaped perforated steel plate with the transverse steel plate, a concrete plate, penetrating steel bars, distribution steel bars and concrete tenons. The tooth-shaped perforated steel plate with the transverse steel plate is welded on the I-shaped steel beam to penetrate through the steel bar, so that the perforated steel plate connecting piece is formed, the concrete wing plate is connected with the steel beam, meanwhile, the transverse steel plate above the tooth-shaped perforated steel plate can resist pressure from the upper portion, and the force transmission path is changed through the arrangement mode. And the load can be transferred more reasonably. The combined beam is simple in structure, a combined beam structure form of a novel connecting piece is provided, the connecting mode is convenient and simple, the mechanical advantages of steel and concrete are fully utilized, meanwhile, reliable and effective transmission of shearing force between the steel and the concrete is guaranteed, and the upper transverse steel plate can better share loads; compared with a traditional welding stud, the perforated plate connecting piece has higher shear bearing capacity and has good mechanical performance to resist longitudinal shear force and transverse lifting force.
