The invention discloses a coal conveying belt conveyor trestle deformation joint and a construction method thereof. The trestle deformation joint sequentially comprises a bottom layer, a top layer, a bottom layer and a top layer from bottom to top, wherein the bottom layer is a U-shaped pocket made of two-cloth eight-coating LEAC acrylic polymer cement waterproof coating impregnated native polyester fiber reinforced cloth; the thermal insulation layer comprises a rubber surface filled in the deformation joint and a waterproof coating emulsion poured in a gap between the rubber surface and the deformation joint; the waterproof layer comprises a two-cloth eight-coating LEAC acrylic polymer cement waterproof coating layer and an LEAC waterproof emulsion layer; the protective layer is made of aluminum foil glass fabric or a steel plate with the same width as the deformation joint. It can be guaranteed that the waterproof layer has enough binding power and certain flexibility, deformation can be achieved along with a floor and a deformation joint, damage is avoided during large deformation due to enough stretching and twisting strength, and the waterproof layer can return to the original position after deformation is recovered due to enough elasticity; the performance is not obviously changed under the action of vibration load and temperature of the next year due to sufficient fatigue resistance.
