The invention discloses a side pressure door and window positioning wheel device which comprises a fixed base, a driving sliding plate, a first positioning wheel, a second positioning wheel and a side moving sliding plate, the first positioning wheel is installed on the side moving sliding plate, and the second positioning wheel is installed on the fixed base. The driving sliding plate is used for driving the lateral moving sliding plate to move laterally in the front-back direction. In this way, two sets of positioning pulleys are arranged, one set of positioning pulleys is fixed to the fixed base, the other set of positioning pulleys is fixed to the sidesway sliding plate, in the sidesway unlocking process of the window, the sidesway sliding plate and the first positioning wheel installed on the driving sliding plate transversely move relative to the fixed base in the lateral direction, so that the lateral displacement of the two sets of positioning pulleys changes, and when the window laterally moves to the opening position, the sidesway sliding plate is fixed to the fixed base. The first positioning wheel abuts against the first limiting face of the frame wheel groove, the second positioning wheel abuts against the second limiting face of the frame wheel groove, and therefore it is guaranteed that the window sash is stable and free of shaking in the opening and pushing process.
