Verfahren zum Behandeln eines Materials auf Pflanzenbasis und damit hergestelltes Material, Dämmmaterial, Beschichtungsmittel sowie eine entsprechende Verwendung
Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zum Behandeln eines Materials (M), wobei das Verfahren wenigstens die Schritte umfasst: (a) Bereitstellen des Materials (M) als ein Ausgangsmaterial, wobei das Material (M) ein pflanzliches Material enthält oder daraus besteht; (b) Beaufschlagen des Materials (M) mit einem anorganischen Beschichtungsmittel (C), wobei das Beschichtungsmittel (C) einen pH-Wert von < 10 aufweist; und (c) Trocknen des in Schritt (b) erhaltenen Materials (M) bis zum Erreichen eines Trocknungsgrades zwischen der Massekonstanz und 5 Massenprozent über der Massekonstanz. Darüber hinaus werden ein entsprechendes Material (M) und ein Beschichtungsmittel (C) zum Behandeln des Materials (M), ein Dämmmaterial (D) und eine entsprechende Verwendung vorgeschlagen.
A method for treating of a plant-based material (M) is suggested wherein the method includes at least the steps: (a) providing the material (M) as a starting material, wherein the material (M) contains or consists of a plant material; (b) applying an inorganic coating material (C) to the material (M), wherein the coating material (C) has a pH-value of < 10; and (c) drying of the material (M) as obtained in step (b) until a degree of dryness is achieved to be between the constant mass and 5 mass % above the constant mass. Moreover, a corresponding material (M) and a coating material (C) for treating of the material (M), an insulation material (D) and a corresponding use are suggested.
