Herstellungsverfahren eines Verbundmaterials, das ein keramisches Pulver und ein Harz enthält, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: Einstellen einer Teilchengröße eines Harzpulvers, das ein Rohmaterial für das Harz ist; und Mischen des keramischen Pulvers und des Harzpulvers, nachdem die Teilchengröße des Harzpulvers eingestellt ist. In dem Schritt des Einstellens der Teilchengröße des Harzpulvers wird ein Verhältnis einer mittleren Größe des Harzpulvers zu einer mittleren Größe des Keramikpulvers auf ein vorbestimmtes Verhältnis eingestellt.
To provide a manufacturing method of composite materials that can suppress occurrence of agglomeration in manufacture of ceramic molding.SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method of composite materials containing ceramic powder and resin, and this method includes a process of adjusting the particle size of resin powder which is the starting material of resin, and a process of mixing ceramic powder and resin powder after adjusting the particle size of resin powder. And in the process of adjusting the particle size of resin powder, the ratio of the median diameter of resin powder to the median diameter of ceramic powder is adjusted to a predetermined ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
