Schlosshalter (1) für ein Kraftfahrzeugschloss wobei der Schlosshalter (1) aus einer Trägerplatte (3) und einem Bügel (2) besteht und der Bügel (2) eine U-förmige Geometrie mit zwei Schenkeln (7) und einem Verbindungssteg (8) aufweist, wobei der Bügel (2) unterschiedliche Querschnitte aufweist und mindestens ein Teil eines Schenkels (7) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt (11) aufweist, in welchen ein Teil einer Drehfalle (12) eingreifen kann, wobei an dem offenen Ende (9) des Bügels (2) ein Anschlag (10) angeordnet ist, welcher die beiden Schenkel (7) des Bügels (2) miteinander verbindet.
A lock holder for a motor vehicle lock, wherein the lock holder comprises of a carrier plate and a shackle and the shackle has a U-shaped geometry with two legs and a connecting web, wherein the shackle has different cross sections and at least a part of a leg has a circular cross section in which a part of a rotary latch can engage, wherein a stop is arranged at the open end of the shackle, the stop connecting the two legs of the shackle with each other.
