Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hydraulikzylinder (1) mit einem Gehäuse (10) mit einer darin befindlichen Zylinderbohrung (15), in welcher ein Kolben (2) verschieblich gelagert ist, wobei an einem ersten Ende (101) des Gehäuses (10) eine erste Fluidzuführung (151) zur Zufuhr eines Antriebsfluides in die Zylinderbohrung (15) und an einem zweiten Ende (102) des Gehäuses (10) eine zweite Fluidzuführung (152) zur Zufuhr des Antriebsfluides in die Zylinderbohrung (15) angeordnet ist, wobei sich zwischen der zweiten Fluidzuführung (152) und dem ersten Ende (101) des Gehäuses (10) ein Strömungskanal (3) erstreckt und das Gehäuse (10) einen Gehäusekern (18) und einen Gehäusemantel (19) aufweist, wobei zwischen dem Gehäusekern (18) und dem Gehäusemantel (19) eine Schrumpfverbindung besteht und zumindest ein Längsabschnitt des Strömungskanals (3) durch eine Nut (35) im Gehäusekern (18) gebildet ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Hydraulikzylinders (1) und dessen Verwendung.
The invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder (1) having a housing (10) with a cylinder bore (15) located therein, in which cylinder bore a piston (2) is displaceably mounted, wherein: a first fluid feed line (151) for feeding a drive fluid into the cylinder bore (15) is located at a first end (101) of the housing (10) and a second fluid feed line (152) for feeding the drive fluid into the cylinder bore (15) is located at a second end (102) of the housing (10); a flow channel (3) extends between the second fluid feed line (152) and the first end (101) of the housing (10), and the housing (10) comprises a housing core (18) and a housing casing (19); a shrink-fit connection is produced between the housing core (18) and the housing casing (19) and at least one longitudinal portion of the flow channel (3) is formed by a groove (35) in the housing core (18). The invention also relates to a method for producing a hydraulic cylinder (1) of this kind and to the use thereof.
