Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines metallimprägnierten gebrannten Keramikkörpers enthält Folgendes: einen Schritt 1 des in-Kontakt-Bringens eines Keramikformkörpers mit einem Metall in Form eines Granulats, einen Schritt 2 des Erwärmens des Metalls bei oder über einem Schmelzpunkt davon in einem Zustand, in dem sich das Metall in der Form eines Granulats mit dem Keramikformkörper in Kontakt befindet, derart, dass der Keramikformkörper gebrannt wird, während das Metall in den Keramikformkörper imprägniert wird, wodurch ein metallimprägnierter gebrannter Keramikkörper erhalten wird.
A method for manufacturing a metal-impregnated ceramic fired body includes: a step 1 of contacting a ceramic formed body with a metal in a form of granules, a step 2 of heating the metal at or above a melting point thereof in a state where the metal in the form of granules is in contact with the ceramic formed body so that the ceramic formed body is fired while the metal is impregnated into the ceramic formed body, thereby obtaining a metal-impregnated ceramic fired body.
