VERFAHREN ZUR HYDROPHOBIERENDEN IMPRÄGNIERUNG VON GEBRANNTEN TONFORMKÖRPERN
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur hydrophobierenden Imprägnierung von gebrannten Tonformkörpern, insbesondere von Dachziegeln, durch Behandlung der gebrannten Tonformkörper mit wässrigen Zusammensetzungen enthaltend: A) Silane der Formel (I): RaR1Si(OR2)3-a und/oder deren Teilydrolysatemit maximal 5 Siliciumatomen, B) Siloxane enthaltend mindestens 10 Einheiten der Formel (II): R3 bR4 c(OR5)dSiO(4-b-c-d)/2, wobei die Reste und Indizes die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, gegebenenfalls (C) Säure, gegebenenfalls (D) Emulgator, (E) Wasser und gegebenenfalls (F) weitere Stoffe.
The invention relates to a method for the hydrophobic impregnation of fired-clay molded bodies, in particular of roofing tiles, by treating the fired-clay molded bodies with aqueous compositions containing: A) silanes of the formula (I): RaR1Si(OR2)3a and/or partial hydrolysates thereof having a maximum of 5 silicon atoms; B) siloxanes containing at least 10 units of the formula (II): R3 bR4 c(OR5)dSiO(4-b-c-d)/2, wherein the radicals and indices have the meaning as indicated in claim 1, possibly (C) acid, possibly (D) emulsifier, (E) water, and possibly (F) additional substances.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydrophobisation par imprégnation d'éléments en argile moulés cuits, notamment des tuiles de toit, par traitement des éléments en argile moulés cuits avec des compositions aqueuses contenant : a) des silanes de la formule (I) : RaR1Si(OR2)3-a et/ou leurs hydrolysats partiels comportant 5 atomes de silicium, B) des siloxanes contenant 10 unités ou plus de la formule (II) : R3 bR4 c (OR5) d SiO(4-bcd)/2, les radicaux et les indices ayant la signification donnée dans la revendication 1, éventuellement (C) un acide, éventuellement (D) un émulsifiant, (E) de l'eau et éventuellement (F) d'autres substances.
