Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Fensterprofils, die einen Hauptextruder (10) umfasst, zum Aufschmelzen eines Harzmaterials und zum Beaufschlagen des geschmolzenen Harzmaterials mit Druck und zum Überführen zu einer Düse (30), wobei die Düse (30) das Harzmaterial in Form eines Profils mit einer vorbestimmten Form abgibt, mit einem Kalibrator (70), der ein äußeres Erscheinungsbild des von der Düse abgegebenen Profils beibehält, und mit einer Kühleinrichtung (90), die das Profil, das durch den Kalibrator hindurch gegangen ist, abkühlt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das eine Prägewalze (50) zum Bilden von Prägestrukturen auf einer Oberfläche des Profils zwischen der Düse (30) und dem Kalibrator (70) angeordnet ist, wobei die Prägewalze (50) mit einem ersten Vorsprung (53), der darauf ausgebildet ist, und mit einem zweiten Vorsprung (55), der auf dem ersten Vorsprung (53) ausgebildet ist, versehen ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Vorsprünge (53, 55) mit einer zufälligen Form gebildet sind.

Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Fensterprofils, die einen Hauptextruder (10) umfasst, zum Aufschmelzen eines Harzmaterials und zum Beaufschlagen des geschmolzenen Harzmaterials mit Druck und zum Überführen zu einer Düse (30), wobei die Düse (30) das Harzmaterial in Form eines Profils mit einer vorbestimmten Form abgibt, mit einem Kalibrator (70), der ein äußeres Erscheinungsbild des von der Düse abgegebenen Profils beibehält, und mit einer Kühleinrichtung (90), die das Profil, das durch den Kalibrator hindurch gegangen ist, abkühlt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das eine Prägewalze (50) zum Bilden von Prägestrukturen auf einer Oberfläche des Profils zwischen der Düse (30) und dem Kalibrator (70) angeordnet ist, wobei die Prägewalze (50) mit einem ersten Vorsprung (53), der darauf ausgebildet ist, und mit einem zweiten Vorsprung (55), der auf dem ersten Vorsprung (53) ausgebildet ist, versehen ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Vorsprünge (53, 55) mit einer zufälligen Form gebildet sind.
