The invention relates to a faucet, especially a hot water faucet for tapping water at a temperature of more than 60°C, comprising an outlet (6) that can be swiveled about a vertical axis and that has an outer sleeve surrounding a water conduit (3), and a stop valve and/or mixer valve (2), the water conduit (3) being connected to an outlet opening of the stop valve and/or mixer valve (2). The hot water faucet is characterized in that the water conduit (3) is arranged in the outlet (6) at a distance to the outer sleeve, an insulating air layer being enclosed in the space between the water conduit (3) and the outer sleeve of the outlet (6).
