The platform (40) has a guide frame (42) positioned on a soil surface, and linearly guiding a removal device (20). An anchoring element e.g. concrete block, is lowerable in the soil, and anchors the frame at the soil. The anchoring element is rotationally rigidly anchored in the soil. The frame is pivotably mounted around the anchoring element by a pivot drive. The anchoring element has an angular cross-section. An annular coupling element is arranged at the anchoring element. A retainer retains and/or linearly guides the anchoring element, and is rotatably mounted relative to the frame. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for creating a foundation element in soil (2) a foundation method.
