A SKIRT MATERIAL FOR USE IN A FLASHING FOR A ROOF PENETRATING STRUCTURE AND A METHOD FOR DISPOSAL OF A SKIRT MATERIAL
The invention relates to a skirt material for use in a flashing for a roof penetrating structure and comprising an outer cover layer, an inner cover layer and an intermediate core layer of an adhesive material, and to a method for disposal of such a skirt material. The cover layers are made from different materials and the intermediate core layer adheres stronger to the inner cover layer than to the outer cover layer so that the intermediate core layer and the inner cover layer can be separated from the outer cover layer by pulling the inner cover layer away from the outer cover layer. Preferably the adhesion of the intermediate core layer to the inner cover layer is so much stronger than the adhesion to the outer cover layer, that the intermediate core layer can be pulled substantially entirely off the outer cover layer by pulling on the inner cover layer.
