The invention relates to an offshore device with a structure (2) with at least one component guide (21) with a seabed-side opening (6a) and with at least one elongate component (3) with a longitudinal direction (L) and with an outer wall which is introduced through the opening (6a) into the component guide (21) with a clearance, and with a clearance-reducing clamping device (8), wherein the clamping device (8) has clamping elements (10) and the clamping elements (10) are connected to in each case an adjusting device (11) by means of which the clamping elements (10) are movable back and forth along the longitudinal direction (L) of the elongate component (3) and can be fixed in a clamping position.
