WINDOW RESTRICTOR AND TOP SWING FULLY REVERSIBLE WINDOW
This invention relates to a window restrictor (54), and in particular to a window restrictor for a top swing fully reversible window (10). The window restrictor (54) has a restricting peg (64) mounted upon a movable member (70), the movable member (70) being movable between an activated position and a deactivated position. The movable member (70) is resiliently biased towards its activated position. The window restrictor (54) has a trigger mechanism (66) which is movable between a blocking position in which it engages the movable member (70) and prevents the movable member (70) moving to its activated position, and an unblocking position in which it does not prevent the movement of the movable member (70) to its activated position, the trigger mechanism (66) being resiliently biased towards its blocking position. The invention also relates to a top swing fully reversible window (10) fitted with the window restrictor (54).
