A multi-point lock (1) that comprises a lock (2) and at least one auxiliary closure element (3); the lock (1) is provided with a box-like body (4) provided with means for moving at least one component that is preferably selected from a spring latch (5), at least one sliding latch (6) and at least one actuation rod (7) for external fittings; the auxiliary closure element (3) comprises a shell (8) for accommodating actuators of a respective sliding latch (9), which are controlled by a respective rod (7) for actuating the lock (2); the lock (2) and the at least one auxiliary closure element (3) are stably coupled to a respective laminar header (10); the laminar header (10) is constituted by at least two separate portions (11 and 12), the mutually facing ends (13) of these portions (11 and 12) are adjacent substantially without play; the portions (11 and 12) are provided with means of stable coupling (14) to the lock (2) and to the at least one auxiliary closure element (3).
