A toilet bowl apparatus includes: - a toilet bowl main body (2); - a functional part (3) installed at an upper section of the toilet bowl main body; and - a seal member (4) attached to at least one of the toilet bowl main body and the functional part. The seal member (4) is disposed in a gap between the toilet bowl main body (2) and the functional part (3). The seal member (4) includes a soft seal body (41) and an elastic body (42) covered by the soft seal body (41).
