PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl device and a seal member capable of closing a gap between a toilet bowl body and a function part.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device 1 includes a toilet bowl body 2 and a function part 3 provided at an upper part of the toilet bowl body 2. It also has a seal member 4 which is mounted at least on one of the toilet bowl body 2 and the function part 3, and arranged in a gap between the toilet bowl body 2 and the function part 3. The seal member 4 has a flexible seal body 41 and an elastic body 42 covered by the flexible seal body 41. At the toilet bowl body 2, a recess 25 is formed in which at least a lower part side of the function part 3 is arranged, and the seal member 4 is arranged between the bottom part of the recess 25 and the function part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
