The invention relates to a force-transmission module for an in particular offshore wind turbine, which module can be directly or indirectly connected to a tower of a wind turbine, characterized by an upper ring, in particular a sheet metal ring, which extends substantially horizontally in operation, and a lower ring, in particular a sheet metal ring, which extends substantially horizontally in operation, and a plurality of sheet metal segments which in operation extend substantially in the vertical direction between the upper sheet metal ring and the lower sheet metal ring, for the transmission of forces, and to an offshore foundation structure (1) having a lower, in particular jacket portion (2) which has in particular a plurality of struts connected to one another in a framework-like manner, and having a receptacle for a tower, in particular of a wind turbine, characterized by a force-transmission module.
