PROCESS FOR PRODUCING POROUS SINTERED BODIES BASED ON PASTE-LIKE CAPILLARY SUSPENSIONS
The present invention relates to a process for producing a porous sintered body based on a paste-like capillary suspension. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a porous sintered body obtained by said process, having a porosity in the range of 30 to 80% and an average pore size in the range of 0.5 to 50 µm, and a paste-like capillary suspension for manufacturing such porous sintered body. The process according to the present invention allows to obtain a defect-free porous sintered body without the occurrence of crack formation and deformation.
