A pedal operation switching mechanism (24) can switch a foot pedal (22) to any movement pattern of three movement patterns of a front/rear step pattern of being capable of the operation of depressing a front side of the foot pedal (22) from a neutral position of a rotational part (19) of a pilot valve (17) and of being capable of the operation of depressing a rear side of the foot pedal (22) from the neutral position of the rotational part (19), a front step limit pattern of being capable of the operation of depressing only the front side of the foot pedal (22) from the neutral position of the rotational part (19), and a fixing pattern of fixing the movement of the foot pedal (22) in the neutral position of the rotational part (19).
