The invention relates to a rim block cage (11) which comprises a cleaning agent (20) for securing to a toilet bowl. The rim block cage (11) has a first (12) and a second (13) cage wall, and the cleaning agent (20) is arranged between the first (12) and the second (13) cage wall. The visible side (16) of the first cage wall (12), said visible side pointing outwards, faces the interior of the toilet bowl when secured to the toilet bowl, and an insert sheet (40) is provided between the cleaning agent (20) and the first (12) and/or second (13) cage wall, the visible side (41) of said insert sheet pointing in the direction of the interior of the toilet bowl and bearing information which is visible to the user. The insert sheet (40) covers at least one part of the surface of the cleaning agent (20).
