HYDRAULIC TORQUE CONVERTER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR DYNAMIC COMPACTOR AND DYNAMIC COMPACTOR
A hydraulic torque converter transmission system for a dynamic compactor and the dynamic compactor includes: an engine (1), a hydraulic torque converter (4), a winch (10); the power of the engine (1) is transmitted to the winch (10) by means of the hydraulic torque converter (4). By adopting the hydraulic torque converter (4) to drive the winch (10) to rotate, the effects of torque transfer, stepless torque conversion, stepless speed change and clutching can be achieved, the reliability and the stability of dynamic compaction are improved, and high-strength dynamic compaction construction requirements can be satisfied. In addition, by adopting the modular design and the arrangement mode, the transmission efficiency is improved; the transmission device is flexible in arrangement, can be suitable for different operation platforms, and is convenient to install and maintain; an operation platform of the dynamic compactor is small in width and light in weight; and a hydraulic pump and the winch are not interfered with each other.
