The invention discloses a dynamic compactor arm head structure and a dynamic compactor. The dynamic compactor arm head structure comprises an arm head (1) which is connected with a main arm (2) through a truss arm (5). A leading sheave (6) and a lifting sheave (7) are mounted on the arm head (1); the arm head (1) is connected with the truss arm (5); an expansion mechanism (10) is arranged at the joint of the arm head (1) and the front end of the truss arm (5). The arm head and the truss arm are modified to be of an integrally assembled structure, the distance between a lifting sheave block and a boom is adjusted through the expansion mechanism of a connecting rod structure, the distance between a lifted object and a connection hinge joint of the boom and a rotary table is shortened, increase of lifting weight is realized finally, and usage range of the dynamic compactor is widened remarkably.
