The method according to the invention for re-processing fly ash is characterised by the milling of fly ash in a dry-operated stirred ball mill. The plant according to the invention for producing cement has at least one first milling stage, consisting of a first mill and a first air separator, for milling cement clinker, and also provides a dry-operated stirred ball mill for milling fly ash, in addition to at least one withdrawal system for the combined discharge and/or combined storage of the milled cement clinker and the milled fly ash.
