The solar cell window shade 10 includes: multiple slats 12 arranged longitudinally; a solar cell 14 provided on each slat 12; a pin-shaped electrode 26 that protrudes from each of the both ends in a length direction of each slat 12 toward a lateral direction and that is electrically conductive with the solar cell 14; a guide rail 32 that is provided in a mullion 1 on the opening and that slidably holds the pin-shaped electrode 26; a lead 30 that is fixedly disposed within a wiring space 36 formed in the guide rail 32 and that electrically connects with the solar cell 14 of a slat 12; and an electrode formed on the lead 30 such as to be electrically in contact with the pin-shaped electrode 26.
