The solar battery blind 10 is provided with: multiple slats 12 which are arranged in the vertical direction; solar battery cells 14 which are arranged on the slats 12; pin-form electrode 26 which protrude horizontally from the two ends of the slats 12 in the length direction and which electrically connect to the solar battery cells 14; a guide rail 32 which is provided in a mullion 1 in the opening and which slidably holds a pin-form electrode 26; a lead wire 30 which is arranged fixed inside a wiring space 36 formed in the guide rail 32 and which electrically connects the solar battery cells 14 on the slats 12; and an electrode which is formed on the lead wire 3 so as to enable electrical contact with the pin-form electrode 26.
