SCHÄUMBARE STABILISIERTE WÄSSRIGE SUSPENSION ZUR HERSTELLUNG ANORGANISCH-ORGANISCHER HYBRIDSCHÄUME
The invention relates to a stabilized foamable aqueous suspension for producing inorganic-organic hybrid foams, containing a) an aluminate cement which is inhibited by a binding inhibitor, b) an organic binder, and c) a foaming agent. In order to produce inorganic-organic hybrid foams, the stabilized foamable aqueous suspension is mixed with a curing activator, foamed, and allowed to cure. A device for producing inorganic-organic hybrid foams has a first chamber with the stabilized foamable aqueous suspension and a second chamber with the curing activator, and at least one of the chambers additionally contains a propellant. Upon actuating an activation device, the contents of the first and second chamber are brought into connection with one another and a mixture of the stabilized foamable aqueous suspension, the curing activator, and the propellant is discharged through an outlet opening. The stabilized foamable aqueous suspension is suitable for filling gaps and cavities, for sealing purposes, for thermal damping, for acoustic damping, as an adhesive or as a coating and for producing prefabricated components, for anchoring and/or reinforcing purposes, as a membrane or for fire protection.
